Our programs were created to expose Black Youth and youth from equity deserving groups to new sports, recreation & creative arts. We want to give them a sense of self.
There is no cost to attend. Open to Black, Indigenous & equity deserving youth. Transportation, meal and snacks provided.
bXposed was founded by Phil Cargill, affectionately known as "Coach Phil". He created these programs
& events so that youth could take part in sports, recreation & creative art activities to help them new skills. His goal is to provide Black & equity deserving youth with an opportunity to try new things. . Playing sports has a tremendous impact on physical and mental health. As a former basketball player, he wants youth to have the same opportunities he had on and off the court. He encourages physical and mental well-being through outdoor activities and exercise.

Get Outdoors
Ready for some outdoor recreation & the opportunity to work with a Counsellor?
We combine outdoor recreation with mental health counselling to support youth in need. We encourage physical and mental well-being through outdoor activities and exercise.
A recent study cited by Psychology Today found that outdoor behavioural health treatment programs for adolescents were more effective than both alternative treatment and no-treatment models.

Try The Track - Velodrome Cycling
Learn to ride!!
Our “Learn to Ride” program is the first step to riding at the Velodrome in Milton. This program introduces riders to the techniques and etiquette required to use the track. The sessions are open to all youth...as long you can ride a bike, you can participate and join the fun.
The basic skills of handling a fixed gear bike
How to enter and exit the track safely
Velodrome etiquette
How to ride pace lines
Helmet, Rental Bike, Transportation (from Brampton) & a meal
